WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

UK parcels will be delivered next business day if ordered before 1PM Monday-Friday
Europe parcels will be delivered in 4-6 days. Monday-Friday
International parcels will be delivered in 5-7 days. Monday-Friday
Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday. Orders placed after 1pm will only be processed the following day. 
For all orders you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number and how to track your order.

 

WHAT CONDITION ARE THE BOOTS IN?

All boots are brand new without original box, unless otherwise stated in the product description. They come supplied in a secure packaging to ensure safe shipment.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.
Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express.

  

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unless the boots have arrived damaged, we do not accept returns.
Get in touch if you are unsure what size to order and we will be able to help before you place your order.
If they arrive damaged, please contact us and state your name and order number. Once this has been sent we'll send you the address which your items need to be sent back too.
We are not offering free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us. 
Once the item has been received to the given address you'll receive a full refund.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

Please allow 7 working days for your refund. Once we have received and accepted your items your refund will be processed. (You will be notified via email)
